About Microsoft Software Releases

Track Microsoft 365 Apps, Windows 10, and Windows 11 versions

Project Overview

This site provides a consolidated view of Microsoft 365 Apps versions across different update channels, as well as Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system releases. It was created to help IT professionals and Microsoft 365 admins track version history, build numbers, and release schedules across all Microsoft client software.

Microsoft Software Releases is designed to answer common questions like:

  • What's the latest Current Channel version?
  • When was the last Monthly Enterprise Channel release?
  • Which build number corresponds to a specific version?
  • What's the end-of-service date for a particular release?
  • What's the latest Windows 11 or Windows 10 version available?
  • What build number is currently deployed on Windows?

Data Sources

All information on this site is derived exclusively from official Microsoft documentation:

Methodology

Release Tracking

Version data is collected from Microsoft's official documentation and organized by product type (Microsoft 365 Apps vs Windows). Each version entry includes:

  • Version number (e.g., 16.0.16130.20342 or 25H2)
  • Release date
  • Build information
  • Channel designation (for Microsoft 365) or servicing status (for Windows)

Update Frequency

Our database is updated regularly to reflect the latest releases across all products and channels:

  • Microsoft 365 Apps: Multiple times per month (Current), Monthly (Monthly Enterprise), Twice yearly (Semi-Annual Enterprise)
  • Windows 10: Monthly security updates plus periodic feature updates
  • Windows 11: Monthly feature and quality updates
For Developers

This site offers a simple API for accessing version data programmatically. See the API documentation for details on how to integrate this data into your own dashboards or monitoring tools.
